I would like to inform you that as new rule and with the purpose to increase the quality and impact factor of our journal we required that manuscripts written by non-native English authors MUST BE edited by a company specialist in scientific English editing, such as American Journal Expert (www.journalexperts.com; see discount in our previous announcement), Elsevier Language Editing Services, or similar. It is a requirement and it is clearly stated in the 'Submission Preparation Checklist'. 

English certificate must be uploaded as a supplementary file in our online submission system. Otherwise, your article will be archived without review process.
